Job Summary

We are looking for a hungry and motivated individual who has a passion for improving the lives of others. Someone who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment and understands how to be a team player. The Client Partnerships Executive will work directly on finding opportunities for Virtudent to bring our onsite oral healthcare to some of the largest businesses around the Northeast. Expect a fast pace, lots of exposure to leadership and high expectations for performance. This is a winning team.



  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using a CRM System
  • Conduct product demonstrations via WebEx to prospects
  • Produce accurate forecasts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quota
  • Leverage internal resources to generate new leads: channel partners, marketing, inside sales
  • Attend industry events and dinners, seminars
  • Develop customer and partner relationships through outbound prospecting and follow up
  • Identify decision makers in the buying process and conduct phone/email prospecting for qualified leads
  • Build and manage initial sales pipeline with the goal of exceeding monthly and quarterly team goals
  • Support to close strategic opportunities
  • Collaborate with other functions (i.e. marketing, patient success, and operations) to ensure customer delight


Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of corporate, client-facing work experience
  • 4+ years of sales experience (may include inside sales, telesales, or quota)
  • Working knowledge of CRM
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (both in person and on the phone
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand a full-cycle sales process
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • A high degree of resourcefulness
  • Evidence that you are a top producer in your current role
  • Accountability to daily, weekly and monthly activities
  • Competitive, passionate team player, who is drawn to our company mission and vision
