The General Manager position is one of the most demanding positions Virtudent has to offer; it requires a unique combination of talent, courage and leadership. As GM, you will be responsible for the development and sustainable growth of our business and people. Specific areas of oversight may include (non-exhaustive): sales, account management, marketing, clinical and non-clinical operations, clinical and operational team growth and engagement, and regulatory compliance.  Successful candidates will possess a range of managerial and operations experience, which will allow them to balance micro-detail of process design and P&L / KPI optimization across the business, with the macro-detail of team management, coaching and development.


  • Oversee one or more regional functions and associated P&L and KPIs.  This likely includes sales, account management, marketing, clinical and non-clinical operations, team growth and engagement
  • Work closely with the COO and CEO and cross-functional support team to drive high impact initiatives
  • Communicate product needs to HQ, work with functional teams to deliver on them
  • Actively reinforce the cultural tone of your region to ensure it aligns with Virtudent culture
  • Build and develop strong relationships with senior cross-functional leaders (e.g., Central Support, Public Affairs, People Ops, Legal/Regulatory, Finance)
  • Develop the next generation of leaders at Virtudent


  • 6+ years of total work experience with an emphasis on general management, operations management, sales management, and/or finance
  • 2+ years of team management experience with a proven track record of developing others
  • Strong people management skills – you can set the tone for your team; driving towards results while also being empathetic to their challenges – EQ is a must-have
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
  • Creative solutions-driven mindset
  • Stellar networking and communication skills; you can make smart partnerships happen and inspire the people around you, in person and in the press
  • Entrepreneurial DNA
  • MBA strongly preferred
