We are looking for an experienced strategic B2B marketer to help drive B2B marketing pipeline generation from concept to ROI analysis.
The marketing manager will be focused on B2B marketing and responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive growth. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and be responsible for the development and management of B2B marketing programs, implementation and results. The marketing manager will manage lead generation, content curation/creation and sales collateral. They will also focus on acquiring new customers through management of online and offline marketing programs including but not limited to: PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars and analytics. This position could be a great fit for strategic marketers with experience in campaign management, demand generation, email and digital marketing; who enjoy technical analysis and project management.
Oversee marketing lead generation
Work with sales ops on short and long term market forecasts, reports and trends
Lead and ensure consistency in branding, messaging, content and look and feel for all materials
Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and help positioning and messaging
Perform ongoing tracking and reporting of B2B initiatives
Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include: email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars and website updates
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years B2B marketing experience
Proven track record managing marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis
Experience in Google Analytics and Google Ad Word (ideally certified)
Excellent communication skills
Amazing analytical skills: including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
Dynamic, motivated and entrepreneurial-minded with an internal drive to hit goals and deadlines. Proactive mentality with curiosity and desire to learn
Exceptional organizational, project and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office
